BOOKING POLICY To secure an appointment, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cannot cancel outside of the 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited & you will be required to make another deposit to secure a new appointment. Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances that need to be considered.

NO SHOW POLICY Failure to show up to your appointment will result in loss of deposit. You will be required to make another deposit to secure a new appointment. Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances that need to be considered.

LATE POLICY Kindly arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Should you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, the appointment may be canceled at Clinic’s discretion & need to be rescheduled with the result of loss of deposit.
